<p>포털 네이버와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 9월11월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 수기한 언론사들을 퇴출하였다. 허나 직후에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이러한 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상태이다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 온라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 대부분이다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 늘어나고 있을 것입니다면 구글이 가장 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.</p>

<p>‘소액결제 현금화 사업은 불법이다. 정보통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스이용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·이용하도록 한 후 이용자가 구매·사용한 재화등을 할인해서 매입하는 행위에 ‘7년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 규정하고 있습니다.</p>
